ALLSPEC Group Ltd is a trusted provider of complete flooring solutions, delivering high-quality screeding and underfloor heating services across the South of England since September 2020.

Over the past six years, we have built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading screeding contractors, known for our reliability, efficiency, and consistent delivery on large-scale projects.

We specialise in providing full flooring packages, including liquid screeds, traditional screeds, underfloor heating, and resin and soft flooring. By offering a complete, in-house service, we ensure every stage of the project is managed to the highest standard—without the need for subcontracting.

Our operations are fully supported by six in-house screed pumps, allowing us to maintain full control over quality, scheduling, and productivity on every project we undertake.

Our growth reflects our capability and commitment. In 2024, we successfully installed 120,000m² of screed across the South of England. In 2025, this increased to 137,000m², demonstrating our continued expansion and capacity to deliver at scale.
